Accessing Support and Knowledge Base Articles

Most help center articles contain detailed information about using Captured Knowledge and are available only to authenticated users. To access these resources:

Log in to your Captured Knowledge account:

  1. Sign in with your account credentials

  2. Once authenticated, return to this help center

Result: After logging in, you will have access to:

  • Troubleshooting documentation

  • Feature-specific help articles

  • In-app chat support through Intercom

Authentication Integration

Captured Knowledge uses Intercom's Chat SDK with authentication integration. When you log in to the application at app.capturedknowledge.ai, your session automatically authenticates you for:
