Manual Action Creation
You can now manually create actions for your cases.
What you can create:
Email - Draft emails directly within cases
Phone Call - Document phone conversations
Case - Create new cases in your ERP system
Work Order - Generate work orders for service providers
How to use:
Open any case in Captured Knowledge
Click "Add Action"
Select the action type from the tabs
Fill in the required fields
Click "Save as Draft" to work on later, or execute immediately
Draft Actions
Actions can now be saved as drafts, allowing you to prepare work ahead of time or return to incomplete actions later.
What you can do:
Save drafts - Create actions without executing them immediately
Edit anytime - Modify draft actions before execution
Plan ahead - Prepare multiple actions and execute when ready
Reorder workflow - Drag and drop actions to organize your workflow
Benefits:
Work at your own pace without pressure to complete actions immediately
Review and refine actions before sending emails or creating work orders
Collaborate with team members on draft actions before execution
Performance Improvements
Faster dashboard loading: Cases now load significantly faster with optimized filtering.
Improved responsiveness: Application startup and response times have been enhanced across the board.

Bug Fixes
Action sharing: Fixed a critical issue where sharing actions for tickets without assigned properties would cause the application to crash.
Share action links: Corrected an issue where shared action links in emails were pointing to incorrect URLs.
Notes autosave: Resolved a race condition that occasionally caused typed text to disappear when autosave triggered.
Email validation: Enhanced validation ensures all required information is present before emails can be sent, preventing execution failures.
Building Management
Functionaries: New support for building and property responsibility management, matching the D+ ERP system's 'Funktion' concept.
Work order quotes: Work orders now include quote number, date, and total fields for better financial tracking.
ERP sync: Functionary data is automatically imported and synced from your ERP system.
Security Updates
