Email Messages Page Improvements

The Email Messages view has been redesigned with AI-powered search and better filtering capabilities.

What's new:

  • Semantic search - Search now uses AI to understand the meaning of your queries, not just keywords. Find emails by describing what you're looking for in one omnisearch box ("plumbing issue in building 5")

  • Case filtering - Filter emails by sender or recipient to find related communications

  • Improved column layout - Better use of screen space on larger monitors

  • Auto-sizing columns - Columns automatically adjust to content width on initial load

How to access: Navigate to the Emails section from the main menu.

Authentication & User Settings

Login, password reset, and account pages now use an updated interface design for better usability and security.

What's new:

  • Profile Settings page - Customize display preferences including dark/light mode

  • Email signature - Set your default signature for outgoing communications

  • Single Sign-On support - Seamless login with your organization's SSO provider

How to access: Click your profile icon (top-right) β†’ "Profile" or "Change Password"

Team Management Enhancements

Team member administration is now faster and more responsive with inline editing capabilities.

What's improved:

  • Inline role editing - Change roles directly in the list without opening separate pages

  • Confirmation dialogs - Safety prompts when removing members or changing permissions

  • Streamlined navigation - Simplified workflow for managing team access

Who can use this: Team administrators and superusers via the team management section.

Action Navigation

After completing an action, the system now automatically navigates to the next incomplete action in your workflow. This streamlines processing multiple actions without manually clicking through each one.

How it works: Complete an action (e.g., send an email, create a work order) and you'll automatically be taken to the next pending action in the suggested workflow.

Placeholder Email Protection

The system now prevents accidentally sending emails to placeholder addresses (such as @unbekannt.at addresses that indicate missing contact information).

What's new:

  • Automatic detection - Placeholder addresses are identified before sending

  • Clear error messages - You'll see exactly why an email can't be sent

  • AI guidance - Gustav provides suggestions for finding the correct contact information

Frontend Performance

Significant reduction in initial page load size through optimized bundling and lazy loading.

Performance gains:

  • Home page bundle - Reduced from 668KB to 131KB (80% smaller)

  • Faster navigation - Efficient code splitting for quicker tab switching

  • Better caching - Improved cache invalidation ensures you see the latest version

Bug Fixes

CSRF token handling: Fixed 403 errors that occurred after logging out and logging back in.

Team admin permissions: Restored proper team admin access across all features (temporary regression resolved).

Entity card loading: Fixed errors when displaying entities with UUID-based identifiers.

Right-click menu: Browser right-click "Open in new tab" now works correctly on all links.

Gustav header layout: Fixed header bar cutoff on smaller screens and mobile devices.

Translation completeness: Achieved 100% translation coverage across all user interface elements.
