Gustav AI Assistant Improvements
Gustav, our AI assistant introduced in alpha testing in the February 5th release, has received several improvements in this release.
What's new:
Session sharing - You can now share your Gustav session with colleagues by sharing the page URL. This makes it easy to collaborate and get help from team members.
More reliable planning - Multi-step plans no longer stall unexpectedly. The planning system is now more stable and consistent.
Completed plans in conversation - Completed plans are now shown inline in the conversation history, giving you better context about what was planned and executed.
Smoother loading - Loading states now use skeleton animations instead of spinners for a more polished experience.
Note: Gustav was previously known as "Gini" in the January 19th release. The old URL still works and will redirect to Gustav.
Share Email Draft to ERP Ticket Step
You can now share a drafted email directly as an ERP ticket step without sending the email. This is useful when you want to document communication in the ERP system without actually sending a separate email to the recipient.
How it works:
Works from both existing email drafts and when creating new ones
Timestamps and user information are automatically set when creating the ERP ticket step
The email content becomes part of the ticket documentation
No actual email is sent to the recipient
When to use this:
You want to document a communication in the ERP system for record-keeping
You need to show the planned communication without sending it yet
You're coordinating with colleagues and want to share what you plan to communicate
How to access: When viewing an email draft, use the "Share to ERP ticket step" option.
Improved Search
Search has been enhanced with semantic matching powered by AI, making it easier to find what you're looking for even with approximate search terms.
What's improved:
Semantic search - ERP tickets, work orders, and damage reports now use AI-powered semantic matching. You can find things even when your search terms don't exactly match the text.
Better multi-word search - Improved matching quality when searching with multiple words.
Example: Searching for "broken heating" will now find tickets about "defective radiator" or "heating system malfunction" even though the exact words don't match.
File Upload Enhancements
File uploads have been improved with higher limits and better attachment handling.
What's new:
More files at once - You can now upload up to 10 files at once (previously 3)
Larger file size - Each file can be up to 20MB (previously 10MB)
Attachment preview - Email attachments can now be previewed directly in the browser without downloading
Performance Improvements
Faster ticket loading - Tickets opened from the dashboard now load instantly with improved data fetching.
System status badge - A new system status badge in the toolbar shows current system health at a glance, helping you stay informed about any potential issues.
Bug Fixes
Search filters: Fixed an issue where search filters were not always applying correctly in some search paths.
Gustav sessions: Fixed Gustav sessions occasionally not recovering properly after page reload.
DataGrid columns: Fixed a crash that could occur when resizing DataGrid columns.
