Gustav AI Assistant

Improved: Faster, steadier responses when the AI is under heavy load

Gustav now responds more quickly and more reliably, especially during busy periods. When the underlying AI model it is using becomes slow or congested, Gustav automatically switches to a healthy alternative mid-request, so a single overloaded model no longer stalls your chat. The same automatic failover also protects the background processing of incoming emails, which previously could fail under heavy demand.

Cases

Changed: Changing a case's building now warns before removing people who don't belong

When you change the building (Objekt) on a case, CK now checks whether the people on the case — and on its draft ERP tickets and work orders — actually belong to the new building. Anyone who is no longer a resident there is listed in a confirmation dialog before being removed, and you can choose whether to apply the change to the case's draft actions at the same time. This prevents tenants from one building being carried over onto another by mistake.

Bug Fixes

  • Gustav could lose track of a document you uploaded earlier: In a long chat, once a document's analysis scrolled out of view Gustav could no longer open it and reported it as unknown, and findings from larger documents could be cut short. Gustav now reliably reopens uploaded documents and uses their full contents.

  • Occupant search returned former tenants: When Gustav searched for occupants, it could return people who are no longer current tenants, including removed ones. It now returns only current tenants by default, with options to include former or future tenants when you need them.

  • Large email files were not always attached to the ERP ticket in D+: A very large email (for example a 25 MB message) could quietly fail to upload into the ticket's document container in D+, even though the ticket itself was filed. Large emails are now given enough time to upload and attach reliably.

  • Double-clicking could create duplicate work orders: Clicking a work order's create button twice in quick succession could create two work orders. The second click is now blocked, and when a work order can't be created the actual reason from D+ (such as a missing service provider) is shown instead of a generic message.

  • Occasional errors when several team members worked at once: Concurrent changes to cases belonging to the same team could occasionally time out. These operations no longer block one another.
