Email

New: Forward an email from a case

You can now forward an email directly from within a case. Open the email, click Forward, and CK prepares a draft that keeps the original message and its attachments intact. Add one or more recipients — and your own attachments if you like — then send. The email goes out as a new message and the original stays untouched.

Cases

Improved: Tenants who have given notice now count as current

A tenant who has given notice but has not yet moved out is now treated as a current occupant. They appear in the Real Estate selector and in Gustav's tenant searches by default, instead of disappearing before their move-out date. Tenants who have already moved out or have not yet moved in remain available through the Include former tenants and Include future tenants options.

Improved: Searching by customer number finds a tenant in any tenancy state

When a tenant is identified by their customer number (Kundennummer) — for example in a Gustav search, or when an incoming email quotes it — CK now finds the matching tenant regardless of whether they have already moved out or have not yet moved in. A customer number is treated as an exact identifier, so it is no longer limited to current tenants only.

Gustav AI Assistant

Improved: Clearer signal when Gustav has finished

Gustav now shows clearly when it has finished responding and is waiting for your input, so you can tell at a glance whether it is still working or ready for your next message.

Bug Fixes

  • Automatic ERP ticket creation from incoming emails could stall: A background workflow that creates ERP tickets from certain incoming emails could get stuck repeatedly retrying instead of completing, so the ticket was never created. These emails are now processed reliably.
