Gustav AI Assistant
New: See what Gustav is doing during longer tasks
When Gustav works through a longer request that involves several steps, the chat now shows a live progress view instead of appearing to sit still. You see each step as it happens — for example which building or tenant Gustav is searching — with a short label and a checkmark when it completes. If something goes wrong mid-task, Gustav now shows a clear failure state with a Retry option instead of hanging indefinitely.
Improved: More reliable Gustav chats
Several situations that could interrupt a Gustav chat have been resolved. A conversation can no longer get permanently stuck in an error state and become unusable. Answers that Gustav produced after a long or recovered turn now remain in the chat after you reload the page, instead of disappearing.
Real Estate & Tenant Search
Improved: Finding tenants by short names and exact matches
The Real Estate selector and Gustav's tenant search now find people they previously missed:
Very short names (one or two letters, such as "Li" or "Wu") are now matched instead of being ignored.
Exact name matches now rank first. If you search for "Pauli", an exact match now appears ahead of a similar name like "Pauline".
Adding a location no longer hides a matching name. When a name matches but the location you entered would exclude it, CK now keeps the name match and tells you the location filter was relaxed.
Tenants without an assigned unit are no longer invisible. People whose tenancy record was removed in the ERP system now appear in a separate, clearly-labelled group so you can see they exist.
Fixed: The person you selected is now the one saved to D+
When you edited an ERP ticket draft and chose which occupant it should apply to, CK could still write the unit's current tenant into D+ instead of the occupant you selected — for example on a unit with both a former and a current tenant. Your selection is now respected on both new and edited drafts.
New: Open a building or resident directly in D+
The Real Estate tab on a case now has direct links into domizil+. Click a building's number or a resident's name to jump straight to that record in D+, without searching for it again. The resident link is new — previously only buildings could be opened this way.
Cases & Communications
Changed: Changing the building in New Communication now asks before removing residents
In the New Communication screen, switching the building used to silently clear the selected properties, occupants, and tenancy details. It now shows the same confirmation step used elsewhere in CK — previewing who would be removed and keeping anyone who also belongs to the new building — so you don't lose your selection by accident.
New: See who else was copied on an email
Incoming emails now show a Cc line alongside the sender and recipient, so you can see everyone who was in the loop on a message — not just who sent it and who it was addressed to.
New: See when a workflow action was carried out
Each completed action in a case's Workflow tab now shows when it was executed, next to its title. This gives you a clear record of when each step actually happened.
Bug Fixes
The "Unassigned" filter on the case list returned no cases: Filtering the responsible-person (Zuständiger) column by Not assigned showed an empty list even when unassigned cases existed. It now correctly shows all unassigned cases, and the tab counts match.
Safer automatic SEPA confirmations: For customers where CK processes SEPA bank-data emails automatically, CK is now stricter about only sending the confirmation when its wording exactly matches the approved template. If the message deviates, CK now prepares a draft for a person to review instead of sending it automatically.
